Directions
Traveling on Crowschild north, turn left onto University Drive. Keep heading straight and then turn right on 16th Ave east. Keep going straight untill you reach Banff Trail. Take a left and look for the Quality Inn Hotel.
When coming from downtown, take 14th street north. Keep heading straight untill you reach 16th Ave, take a left and keep heading straight. When you get to Banff Trail take a right and look for the Quality Inn Hotel.

Monday - Sunday: 10:00 am - 10:00 pm
After 6:00 pm, by appointment only.
Spa Reservations
In order to avoid any disappointments we suggest making your reservation as far in advance as possible. However, we will do our best to accommodate you at any time. A credit card is required to guarantee any spa service at the time of booking.
Promptness
Please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to get prepared for your treatment.
Cancellation Policy
Our time is your time, and we understand that plans may change.
Individual Services require a 24 hour notice or 50% charge will be applied.
Spa Packages and multiple services require 48 hour notice or 50% charge will be applied.
Attire
Spa guests with multiple services are provided with a robe and slippers, as well with a secure place to leave your belongings.
Payment
We accept Cash, Debit Card, Visa and Mastercard.
After Your Treatment
Your therapist/esthetician will suggest the right products to take home in order to further your spa experience.
